Founder-led to their first employee in six months

The problem

A pre-revenue startup running on the founder alone. No clear read on who the customer was, who the competition were, or how to say what made them different.

What we did

Research on the customers and the competitive field with Anna, our Marketing Strategist. That research shaped the website we built with Mariia, plus the commercial, the photography and the visual guide the team still uses for its own marketing today. Business development ran alongside it.

What happened

In a 15-minute consultation the founder closed a €9k deal. Six months in they hired Emma, their first employee, and are now on a paid visit to South Korea and Shanghai. Total invested with us: €5k, paid in two installments.
